Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Sumantum is a tool for recording and reviewing your own trades. It is not financial advice, and you use it at your own risk.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Sumantum ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets you log trades, import broker data, take notes, and view analytics about your own trading. It does not execute trades, hold money, or connect to your broker account to place orders.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing in the Service is investment, tax, or legal advice. Statistics, charts, and insights are calculated from the data you enter. They describe the past and do not predict future results. Read the Risk Disclosure before you trade.

4. Your account

5. Your data

You own the trades, notes, and files you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the Service for you. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

7. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep calculations correct and the Service running, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or always available. Imported data can contain mistakes from your broker or from the import. Check important figures against your broker statements.

8. Changes and ending your account

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

9. Limits on our liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Sumantum and its owner are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
