Privacy Policy

We store only what you give us to run your trading journal. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text).
- Trading data you enter or import: trades, notes, tags, screenshots, account names, and settings.
- Waitlist: if you join our waitlist, we store your email address only to tell you when we launch. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Basic technical data: browser type, device type, and time zone, used to make the Service work and to fix errors.
How we use it
- To show you your trades, analytics, and notes.
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To fix bugs and improve the Service.
- To contact you about your account, such as a password reset.
We do not use your trading data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, on cloud servers. Our website is served by a third-party hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf. Each user's data is protected by access rules so that only you can read your own records.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers above, or if the law requires it. If the Service lets you share a page or journal entry with a mentor or someone else, only the items you choose to share are visible to them.
Cookies and storage
We use your browser's local storage and a sign-in session so you stay logged in and keep your settings.
Your choices
- You can view and edit your data inside the Service.
- You can ask us to export or permanently delete your account and all its data by emailing us.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us and we will respond.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is open and delete it promptly after a deletion request. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, but no system is completely secure, so use a strong, unique password.
Children
The Service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. For significant changes we will tell you in the Service or by email.
