Risk Disclosure
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Trading can lose you money, including more than you deposit. Sumantum records and analyzes your trades. It does not recommend trades and cannot protect you from losses.
Trading carries a high risk of loss
Stocks, futures, options, forex, and crypto are volatile. Prices can move quickly against you. Leverage, where you control a position larger than your account, magnifies both gains and losses. You can lose your entire account, and in some markets more than that.
Past results do not predict future results
Win rate, profit factor, average R, and every other statistic in the Service are calculated from trades you have already made. A good stretch does not mean the next one will be good. A bad stretch does not mean it will be bad.
What the Service is not
- It is not investment, tax, or legal advice.
- It does not recommend any trade, strategy, or market.
- It does not place orders or manage your money.
- It is not a guarantee that following a plan or "playbook" will make you profitable.
Your data may be incomplete or wrong
Analytics are only as good as the data behind them. Missing trades, wrong fees, import errors, and time zone differences can all change the numbers. Treat your broker statement as the official record.
Emotions and discipline
Tools that track your behavior can help you spot patterns, but they do not remove the pressure of live trading. Decide your risk limits before you trade, and only risk money you can afford to lose.
Get independent advice
Consider speaking with a licensed financial adviser before making decisions that affect your finances. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their results.
